standard bouquets and super sized bouquets. At Joyce's Create-A-Book
you're sure to find something to brighten anyone's day!
Our latex balloons are treated with
Hi-Float to extend the life of your bouquet. Our bouquets are attached to
a decorative balloon weight.
Bouquets of balloons can also be
attached to a stuffed animal, a candy bouquet or a Greeting Cake.

Balloons are delivered in the
following areas: Waukegan, Gurnee, Zion, Winthrop Harbor, North Chicago,
Antioch, Lake Villa, Fox Lake, Grayslake, Round Lake and Libertyville.
We have a minimum delivery fee of $7.00.
